Payment is due when your order is placed, either via PayPal or Direct Checkout with Etsy.

I will not cancel orders that I have already begun work on. I am making each piece of jewelry just for you - so please be sure you are committed to your purchase!

Shipping from United States

Please note in the description of each item I have listed the expected ship times. Most items are made to order and require 1-3 weeks to be completed and shipped. All other items that are in stock will ship within 3 business days of purchase.

Every shipment includes a tracking number that will be emailed to you upon shipment.

Insurance is available for purchase on all shipments and is recommended for high value items and for those who do not have secure delivery locations.

The standard domestic shipping ships via USPS First Class Mail. First Class items typically arrive within 1-7 business days after shipment. You have the option to upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail. USPS Priority Mail items typically arrive within 1-3 business days after shipment.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail and are typically delivered within 1 to 3 weeks of shipment. Express international shipping is available. Please contact me for a quote on express shipping, and please include your address in the query for a faster response.

I will not be held responsible for any customs charges or duties that are incurred on any international shipments. Please be aware that these charges are likely, and that I am unable to predict the amount you will be expected to pay. No, I cannot mark your package as a gift. I am legally obligated to report the contents of each package I send.

Any items that are returned for exchange, repair, resize, etcetera must be packaged with appropriate padding, taped closed securely and mailed with tracking information and insurance for your own protection. I cannot be held liable for items that arrive damaged or do not arrive at all. Please also include your order number or the name presented on your order and a note detailing the nature of your parcel.

Damages do happen, but I am here to help! If your item arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible with a description and photo of the damage. If your item is damaged during wear, please message me as I do offer repairs, stone replacement, polishing, etcetera for reasonable fees.
